Oakwood Senior Apartments are now being completed along a schedule to be finished in 2010. The project

was funded via the Lisart Capital, LLC firm and their expertise with tax credits.

The apartments are located in Hannibal, Missouri. The 24 senior housing units are being renovated so that

seniors on low income will have an affordable place that is also compliant with a certain standard of living.

already showing great signs of improvement and are on schedule to be completed this year.
